Express Action Sports

ok so i am 17 years old and have a job at stop and shop. i worked there from december 08 to august 09. then i came back in december 09 and will have to quit again for upcoming sports. so heres the problem, they have no record of me working 23 hours from december 20-26, the first week i came back. they told me i was not on their system yet, but they knew i came in to work that week. its now january 14 and they still have not yet to pay me my check from that week. the mangers told me they would take care of it and i’d get the previous check on january 7th and they did not provide me with the check from last month. they are not paying me and i feel cheated. they owe me two hundred dollars minus taxes. should i take action here and contact cooperate or file a suit. please help

Go tell your manager to either give you your check or you will be contacting the local Wage and Hour Division. Give them an hour and if you haven’t heard back from them in that time. Call the Wage and Hour Division. {number in your phone book under, government.} This place will shut them down in 2 seconds. Usually just saying you are going to contact them is enough to get them to pay you monies owed.

Government can impose more taxes on majority revenue for the funds. Is it not appropriate action to be initiated immediately for the betterment of the community and to gain confidence of the Minorities?
