Is this trademark Infringement?
I’m creating a site which features NCAA themed desktop wallpapers. You can download a wallpaper with credits. Each wallpaper costs one credit, and a credit is equivalent to 10 cents. Some of the wallpapers have logos of NCAA teams on them, but they are all custom. I was curious if this is considered TM Infringing. I have found a list of reputable sites which also use TM’d logos in designs, and there are a ton more of these sites out there, but I just stopped looking after I found enough to prove my point:

Please let me hear your thoughts.
I’m not going to clog up my computer memory with this kind of garbage – but just mention that in order for you "customize" logos to sell them you must have "royalty" agreement with the NCAA. No matter how you change the artwork/lettering – its’ still requires a license to reproduce and sell. I’d hate to see you get shutdown after you’ve gone through setting up your Website and everything.
