Express Action Sports

I’m 24. Served in the Army for 4 years including one deployment to Afghanistan in 2009. I earned my Eagle Scout when I was 17.

I’m a huge nerd. I love to play my PS3, watch movies, and read books. I also enjoy paintball, camping, swimming, rock climbing, baseball, and football.

My favorite video game genres are FPS & RPG. My favorite movie genres are Sci-Fi, Horror, Action, and Comedy. My favorite authors are Stephen King, Michael Crichton, and Tom Clancy. My favorite sports teams are the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. I am a huge Star Wars fanboy. I can quote all 6 films line for line and do a perfect impression of Jar Jar Binks. I can also do impressions of Gollum/Smeagol from Lord of The Rings, Stitch from Lilo & Stitch, and Elmo. The latter two are for my little cousins.

I recently got out of the Army and im back home with my folks taking care of my sick mom while I prep for college. She had a heart attack while I was in the Army, as well as being a diabetic and a back injury caused from a car accident. She’s been medically declared 100% disabled. I’m planning on studying Graphic Design in college. Hopefully get a job as a Visual Effects Designer for movies.

I’m a nice guy. I tried being a jerk, just not my style. I don’t see why women like jerks. I’m smart, funny, intelligent. I’d like to did a gal like me. Someone nerdy possibly.

i have a xbox 360

alone in the dark is like a horror or sci fi action game where you’re in new york city and everything is falling apart. there’s this unknown force that’s wreaking havoc on the buildings and tearing them apart, and some people are turning into zombie/demon-like creatures that are hunting you. it requires some strategic thinking to get past obstacles and defeat enemies.

grand theft auto iv is great. if you’ve played grand theft auto iii, it’s similar, but some aspects of it have been improved. i had gta iii for the pc, and it ran kind of slowly and the graphics were choppy, so i’m thrilled to be playing gta iv on the xbox 360.

tomb raider: underworld is good for action if you like exploring places and solving puzzles. but there’s not as big of a fighting or shooting component to it.

red faction: guerrilla is a good action shooter. you’re on mars and you’re part of this team of people who are fighting against the earth defense force who are oppressing them. i just tried it out today but it seems like a pretty typical but fun storyline where the little group of people need to defeat their enemies even though the odds are against them. it reminds me of mass effect but without the huge roleplay component.

fallout 3 is also a good action shooter game, but actually, not one of my favorites. i like red faction and gta iv the best out of the ones i listed, personally. fallout 3 is made by the makers of oblivion. fallout 3 also has a roleplay component to it. it takes place in post-apocalyptic washington, d.c. and you need to go on a quest to find out what happened to your father after he left the underground vault which is where everybody was living. you leave the vault and are shocked to see that some people have managed to survive in the wastelands. it’s fun, but post-apocalyptic washington d.c. is a little too isolated for my taste. still, a lot of people think fallout 3 is great.
