Express Action Sports

By casual I mean games like, sports games, guitar hero, burnout, call of duty’s online and zombies, sonic and sega all star racing. I hope you get the idea. Can you recommend some good casual games available for either PS3 or 360. Exclusives are okay as long as they are available for one of the systems

well this depends on a lot of factors

one of the most importan is What are your Gaming Preferences?

my personal gaming preference is fantasy, horror or survival horror, action

so a lot of my games tend to have those elements in it

some games i recommend if you want to spend hours on a game

Dead Rising (2 as well)
Dead Island ( its like oblivion, except its a zombie apocalypse instead of medieval fantasy

try finding videos of gameplay, or if you have friends who have it, even better you won’t even have to buy a gay, you can borrow it and check it out

I have a PS3. Is Dead Space worth the money? I have four sports games at the moment and have already traded in my GTA IV. I’m looking for an action/adventure shooter. Thanks

Dead space is actually a really great game. Its not like one of those shooters that your all geared up for, its just the opposite.

Your basically a mechanic on a space ship and has to survive and adapt. It has really great game play, but one thing I don’t like is the parts that have Zero-gravity. It feels like your trying to swim in sand, (maybe that’s just me).

Also if your looking for action/shooter, Fallout 3 is amazing. You should check it out.

I know of lots of PC games but I was wondering if anybody could just give me a list of games they think are good?

Sports, RTS Games and Sim games (Excluding hunting games maybe)

I already have Counterstrike Source, Far Cry 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Stalker 2, Mirror’s Edge (IF you know of any games even slightly similar to this one, please let me know), Doom 3, Dead Space, Half Life 2, Battle for Middle Earth 2 and Battlefield 2. (Lots of 2’s in there. O:)

I’d like it if you could just give me your personal favourites, providing they fit my category, OR if you take a look at my games list and decide that I might like a certain game, please make that recommendation.

Thanks guise, like I said..I know of lots of games like Assassin’s Creed 2 and Just Cause 2 and all that but…I really want to try a game that I am perhaps unaware of or maybe just something I am unsure about.
Oh yeah, when I mean ACTION…this includes 3rd person shooters and 1st person shooters and it also includes Survival Horror and all that good stuff.

Completed Bioshock 1 and Burnout Paradise, I might go for Bioshock 2. 😛

I Love Games that give you Loads of weapons, which provide many ways to get rid of enemies and what not. I prefer games that have Rocket launchers, Handguns, Rifles, Shotguns, High-Tech Weapons, Grenades, Automatic Pistols, Grenade Launchers, and just about everything in between And Beyond. Games in which you could upgrade guns are most preferable. Like upgrading Capacity, and Firepower, and all kinds of other things that would make a weapon better. I have always enjoyed "Resident Evil 5", and all the other RE games growing up, before getting my Xbox 360 ELite about three months ago. I like "Assassin’s Creed", "Grand Theft Auto series", "Tony Hawks" Video games (Tony Hawks are a sports video games), "Dead Space", and others. I dont like video games where you cant see the character, because all you can see is in front of the character, and everything adjacent to him/her. (And the way the screens bounce up with the character, when he is supposedly "Jumping"? Ugh!). I’m stuck on a part in "Dead Space", I’v Beaten "Episodes of Liberty City", Beaten the hell out of "Resident Evil 5", and mastered everything ("Dead space" being the exception of course). What kinds of games would provide the type of thrill I’m searching for? Also Games with weapons like Swords, bats, and Knives are still really cool! I just want a game that gives me different ways to get rid of the enemy.
I love games that have hard enemies, so I can have a challenge each time. I dont like games with super short storylines, ones that only take three weeks to beat. Part of my thrill is having a limited amount of space to keep items in, so that Its even more challenging! Finally, games where you can Go to a type of store to make purchases are among some of my most prefered styled games.
Again, I’d Prefer a game where I can see the charater themselves, and not just the actions they’re performing. Remember, I’m a hardcore Gamer! I’m Looking for something truly addicting.

modern warefare 2 (it has 3rd person shooter modes online and all the customisation your after)
mas effect 1 and 2 (multiple weapons and powers to kill enemys)
fallout 3 (free roam, weapon colecting and customisation)
borderlands (its cartoony and free roam, not played it myslef but has a lot of customisation weapons)
