What extreme sports or exciting hobbies are there around Nottingham?
Hi i was wondering whether anyone knows about any extreme sports around nottingham? i already do rock-climbing and shooting but i want another if anyone knows of any please help! cheers
You could try free running or parkour. You can do that anywhere. You could also do extreme sports like BMX or skateboard. Plenty of places around for that.
Free running or Parkour is closest to rock climbing if you want something similar as you have to climb around to get places. I can’t think of anything else though.

Im from Notts , I know in Rotherham theres rother valley which is an outdoor centre and they do water sports , but the most extreme one is Cable Skiing , basically you either chose a knee board or surf board kinda thing and you hold on to a lead and theres over head wires that pull you around! just like a speed boat would if you was in the sea . . . its very funny but challenging , would deffo recommend it.
I know you from Notts , but how about travelling to Leeds and visit Xscape , its the indoor ski dome and also has a skatepark n laser quest etc within the centre.
Theres a Laser Quest centre in centre of Nottingham and an ice rink.
Theres a paintballing place near worksop (North Notts) Skirmish! Thats a well fun and challenging experience!
