What extreme sports, if any, can I do in California in winter time?

I am visiting california for xmas and I wanted to know if it will be possible to do any extreme sports like skydiving etc?

California is almost 164000 square miles.
It would help if we knew what part of California you were saying in.

Southern California is almost always between 60-80F (this week is an exception with it topping out at 102 at the coast).
Northern California will be 10-15 degrees less than SoCal.
And the far north will be AT LEAST another 10-15 degrees less.

SoCal you can do any water sports or extreme sports year round. You will also be able to rent surf-boards, kite surfboards, kayaks, windsurfers, etc. If you need lessons that might not be available year round.

Most of what you consider SoCal is very populated which doesn’t make the extreme sports easy. For skydiving, bunge jumping, etc you need to head out of town.
