Whats the best way to make a video of a sports team?

Hello! i’m hoping to document a season of a semi-pro football team.so i need to get footage first. whats the best, but more inportantly the CHEAPEST video i could use, and a microphone perhaps. maybe a tripod –looking to take live action shots obviously, and face to face. any suggestions? thanks in advance!

not sure notthing can really be cheap if trying to do that
