For example, why is it ok to insist that the overall population be reflected in business jobs (yes, most make LESS than professional basketball and football players), but not in pro ball? What percentage of African Americans play B-Ball and Football with 6 digit salaries compared to the overall population? If whites in ANY field, regardless of ‘abilities’, were to dominate, they would be REQUIRED to allow a proportionate percentage of minorities into the positions, regardless of abilities…no, I’m not racist, just seeking genuine equity.
