    hide n seek
    crafts
group pizza (each person in each group put their own toppings)

sparkle=have kids line up ask them to spell a word point to the first person and he/she will give you the first letter.next person second letter.once the a person says the last letter the person next in line says sparkle and is out. if a kid gets a letter wrong he/she is out and it is left up to the next person in line to know the answer.

Go to your local library and ask the librarian where the teacher reference books are. There is a magazine called "Mailbox" that teachers use for ideas and planning. It is a monthly magazine. Other books you can use that are good:
The Complete Daily Curriculum by Pam Schiller
Creative Resources for the Early Childhood Classroom
    by Judy Herr
Author Maryann Kohl has written several Art books for the classroom
Totline teacher books by Jean Warren

You might try this book. It’s designed for parents to work with their pre-schooler, but a lot of the activities would work for a group.
