but i don’t get dizzy if i play sports on my ps2.Are there any remedies?

The action packed games are quicker and have more flashing images than sports games. This may be a sign of slight epilepsy. You may want to ask a doctor because it can lead to headaches or migraines or seizures (if it a bad case). You will not be able to get the right answer from anyone on here.

Take a break every hour for 10 minutes. It’s recommended by the game companies and actually works pretty well. Otherwise, you just get dizzy easily.

the quick movements, flashy lights, and contant concentaration are all likely to make you dizzy stop at least once an hour preferably 15 mins. take a short walk, can even be around the house. get a drink ect. loosen up your muscles before you play again.

if you get extremely dizzy you might want to ask your doctor next time you vist.
because some people have photosensitive epilepsy

Your screen might be too big.
Try playing on a smaller screen and take a 15 min break every 2 hours.
