Best Pocket Camcorder For Filming Action Sports?

I need help finding a pocket camera that will be good for filming BMX, which means that it will need a good image stabilisation becuase of the type of filming that it will be used for. I would prefer it to have these features:
– Price limit of £200
– HD video
– Decent image stabilisation
– Pocket size

    I’ve been looking at the kodak playsport which does loads of things including being waterproof which is what i want it for. ( the advert shows skateboarders being filmed) you can buy it on certain sites for under £95 or rrp @ around £129 on high street. it has hd and is mobile phone sized & does all the things youre asking about and works on both Mac and Windows PC. Have a look on kodaks website & amazon. there are others eg flip ( looked at it and heard bad reports) & toshiba BW10 (another one i looked at but havent found on uk high street yet). the reviews ive read seem to sway to the kodak.
