What are some good split screen games for 360?

Me and my boyfriend have hit a wall we cant find any good split screen games to play on the 360.All of the games are online we need some good ones off line to play together. We already have left 4 dead, all the rainbow six’s, gears of war, army of two, Kane and Lynch, conflict, halo 3, ultimate alliance, perfect dark, EDF 2017 and all the sports games. We need more action. But cant find any co-op games to play together most of them are only co-op online. Thanks

    COD 5 is good with it co-op is cool with the zombies game after you beet game
