i am getting a new game what should i get? on pc preferably action or sports

Oh I dont really know any good sports games for pc, usually game makers and companies invest those games in PS3 or Xbox 360. A great action game would be Fallout 3.

For PC, the hottest action games are usually call of duty games and halo games, which are both pretty good… i prefer halo myself due to being familiar with modifying the maps.

Check out gamefaq.com, they often have lists of games that you can filter categories.
